7.1 Reaction Arm Assembly
If you need to replace the reaction arm with a new one or a different
type of reaction arm, follow these instructions:
ALWAYS connect the reaction arm to the Torque Multiplier on the
same side as the output square drive. Incorrect assembly of the
reaction arm could result in the tool slipping or breaking during use,
causing SERIOUS INJURY and DAMAGE.
To remove the existing reaction arm:
1. Detach the retaining ring (F).
2. Replace the reaction arm (C).
3. Re-attach the retaining ring (F).
Use caution when removing the retaining ring. It can release
unexpectedly, causing INJURIES or DAMAGE.
