le connecteur à l'extrémité
du câble de sécurité ( c.-à-d.
boucle à pression ) à l'anneau
dorsal en D sur le harnais intégral.
5.2 INSTALLATION DU CÂBLE MIGHTEVAC AU SUPPORT DE FIXATION (RÉF. FIG. 1)
Étape 1: Retirer les étiquettes protectrices rouges et rondes des
deux côtés de l'unité MightEvac.
Étape 2: Insérer l'articulation de l'unité dans le support de fixation
tel qu'illustré.
Étape 3: Faire glisser l'unité vers l'avant jusqu'à ce que les trous du
boîtier ( où les étiquettes ont été retirées ) s'alignent avec ceux à
l'avant du support de fixation, tel qu'illustré.
NOTA: La poignée de l'unité doit pointer vers le haut et à l'écart du
support de fixation.
Insérer l'attache dans la rondelle de sécurité, l'entretoise et le trou
dans le support de fixation. Serrer à 8 pi-lb (+/- 1) ou à 96 po-lb
(+/- 12). Répéter l'opération pour le côté opposé.
Étape 4: Insérer la goupille de poussée à travers le support de fixation dans les trous pratiqués.
Cette opération attache solidement l'unité au support. S'assurer que la goupille de poussée est
solidement à travers les deux trous et se maintient en place.

• Guard against swing falls by keeping the
lifeline vertically overhead. Never work
above the device.
• Keep user and other workers from becoming
entangled in lifeline.
• Do not allow lifeline to drag over
obstructions.
• Never clamp off or stand on the lifeline.
WARNING: Manufacturer's instructions supplied with this product at time of shipment must be followed: Failure to do so could result in serious
injury or death. Only for use by ONE person as a personal fall arrester. Device must be taken out of service for inspection and recertification
after arresting a fall or when the impact indicator has been activated. Contact Miller Fall Protection if instruction manual is needed.

• Do not allow the lifeline to become slack.
• Do not allow cable, rope or webbing
lifelines to come in contact with anything
that will damage the lifeline including, but
not limited to, sharp, abrasive, rough or
high-temperature surfaces, welding, heat
sources, electrical hazards, or moving
machinery.
• Wear gloves when inspecting or handling
cable lifelines.
• Check lifeline for damage, frays, or cuts that
will reduce the strength.
• Maintain tension on the lifeline while letting
it retract after disconnecting from worker.
• Servicing must only be performed by the
manufacturer or an approved agent.
