OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
5. LED Worklight
The LED worklight (F), located on the foot of the
rotary hammer, will illuminate when the trigger
switch is depressed. This provides additional light
on the surface of the workpiece for operation in
lower-light conditions.
The LED worklight will turn off after the trigger
switch is released.
The LED worklight will blink rapidly if the tool has
stopped working in order to protect internal
circuits; please wait for the tool to cool down, at
which point it can be started again.
The LED worklight will blink slowly to indicate
that the battery charge is very low.
6. Auxiliary Handle
WARNING
• ALWAYS place the direction-of-rotation selector
(D) in the center-lock position when not using
the tool, cleaning, or making adjustments.
Failure to do so could result in accidental
starting which can cause serious personal injury.
• This rotary hammer is equipped with an auxiliary
handle (G). For ease of operation, you can use
the handle with either the left or right hand.
The handle can be rotated to any postion 360°
around the tool.
To assembly the auxiliary handle:
a. Remove the battery from the tool.
b. Loosen the auxiliary handle by turning the handle counterclockwise.
c. Attach the auxiliary handle over the locking sleeve (B) to the end position.
d. Hand-tighten the handle by turning the handle clockwise.
To adjust the auxiliary handle assembly:
a. Remove the battery from the tool.
b. Loosen the auxiliary handle by turning the handle counterclockwise.
c. With the handle loose, turn the auxiliary handle to the desired operating position.
d. Hand-tighten the handle by turning the handle clockwise.
