3. CAUTION

1. This product is designed to operate lower than 400kPa supply
line pressure. A pressure regulator must be installed to reduce
the water pressure lower than 400kPa.
2. This product has cold/heat exchanger, which pressure needs
to be relieved by either pressure relief valve or expansion tank/
accumulator. Improper installation of this product (such as ab-
sence of pressure relief valve or expansion tank) may lead to
serious flood and property loss, so please make sure that this
safety measures are properly applied.
3. This product is for indoor use only and must be installed in
frost-free environment. It must not be exposed to the elements
of nature. If the product is stored or installed at cold temperatu-
re below 5 Celsius(41 Fahrenheit), the cold/heat exchanger can
get damaged and result in serious flood.
4. Do not remove the cover of the chiller under any circumstan-
ces without first isolating the chiller from the power supply.
5. If a grounding terminal is absent from the outlet, connect a
single-core cord (a flexible copper wire of over 1.6mm in dia-
meter) to the grounding terminal in the chiller and to a copper
plate (over 0.7mm in thickness and 900 cm2 in area) and bury it
into the ground as deep as 75 cm. Never connect the grounding
wire to a water or gas pipe.
6. There are no user serviceable parts and there are dangerous
voltages present within the unit. Any servicing and installation
should be performed by qualified technicians.
7. When the plug is disconnected or when the power is tempo-
rarily turned off, please allow a minimum of 5 minutes before
re-starting.
8. The limited warranty is void if the chiller is modified or altered.
Alteration may cause serious flooding, electrical shock or a fire.
9. The limited warranty is void if the chiller is not installed or not
used as instructed in this user's manual.
10. For long absence or for moving the unit, please drain all the
water in the cold/heat exchanger by opening the drain cover
and drain cap at the bottom.
11. If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the
manufacturer or service agent or similarly qualified person in
order to avoid a hazard.
12. Serious damage could result if incorrect power supply is
applied.
13. When connecting the power, do not use a multiple power
connecting socket.
14. Using irregular voltage may cause a fire.

4. INSTALLATION

1. This unit is intended to be installed underneath a conventio-
nal kitchen sink, in a cabinet not less than 36" (914mm) wide
(inner dimension). Chiller may be installed in any location
in the cabinet base as long as there is a minimum of 5" (127mm)
between unit and cabinet walls. In order to have the necessary
air exchange for the unit, a free air opening of at least 60 square
inches (387 cm²) should be provided in the kitchen counter.
The opening should be located as close to the unit as possible
and can be made in the " 1 toe space of the counter" or " 2 abo-
ve the toe space".

2. Connect ¼" OD tubing with a suitable pressure rating for use
with the application. The tubing must be suitable for use with
potable water. Flush water in lines before installing gooseneck
faucet.
3. Make sure power supply is identical in voltage and frequency
to that specified on cooler serial plate. All electrical connections
must comply with current wiring rules. The product is intended
to be plugged into an installation equipped with a ground fault
circuit interrupting device.
4. This product must be used and installed in frost-free environ-
ment and indoor only. It must not be exposed to the elements of
nature. If the product is stored or installed at cold temperature
below 5 celsius(41 fahrenheit), the cold/heat exchanger could
get damaged resulting in a serious flood.
5. The chiller must be installed with a relief valve set at 690kPa
(100PSI) to release the excessive pressure in the heat exchanger.
Any damage or property loss with absence of this safety measu-
res are user's liability.
6. This product is for potable pure water only and only bacterio-
logical safe water must be connected to this product.
7. The plumbing installation must be done in accordance with
local water authority regulations and these installation instruc-
tions.
8. As the installer, it is your responsibility to supply and install all
valves as required by regulations and relevant standards.
9. Take care, when bending rigid plastic tubing, to prevent it
from breaking or crushing around a bend. As it is plastic tubing
containing water under mains pressure, be careful not to nick,
scratch or damage it during installation.
10. The product needs to be connect to tap water with protecti-
ve devices as follows;
