Some issues that may arise can be solved by the user. If the
problem persists after having tried the following solutions,
please contact Prozis customer service.
PROBLEM
What should I do if the LED
indicator light is not on during
the starting process?

SOLUTION
Check the USB cable connection
between the USB adapter (not
included) and the product.
The USB cable must be firmly
connected.
Check the connection between
the mains socket and the USB
adapter.
Alternatively, the user must try
another mains socket.
PROBLEM
What should I do if the mobile
device is not charging?
What should I do if the LED
indicator flashes blue and red?
SOLUTION
Check if the mobile device is
compatible with Qi wireless
charging technology.
Check if the mobile device is
placed horizontally over the
center of the charging pad.
Check if no foreign object is
blocking the charging.
Check if any protective cover has
been removed from the mobile
device.
Check if the mobile device is
compatible with Qi wireless
charging technology.
