Herb & ham Christmas trees
Preparation: approx. 20 min. | Baking: approx. 10 min. | Yields approx. 24 pieces

Puff pastry sheet, thawed, rolled to
approx. 10 inch x 15 inch

Egg, beaten
2 oz
Herb butter, soft
2 oz
Ham, finely chopped
Decoration: Garnish Christmas trees with finely
chopped mixed herbs.
1. Prepare the dough, form the trees, and brush
them with egg (refer to instructions p. 6).
2. Baking: approx. 10 min. on the middle rack
of the oven, preheated to 400°F. Remove
from oven and cool slightly then break the
trees apart.
3. Mix herb butter and ham. Portion filling in
the middle of half of the trees, sandwich
them together.
Tip: Use finely chopped Pastrami instead of ham.
