TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The LED button is not lid when
electricity is supplied.
Does not charge after scanning
RFID
The appliance is not locking the
cord during charging.
After the cord is inserted, the
button blinks in red colour.
The button LED lights solid red.
CAUSE
There may be a power failure
or the circuit breaker may be
tripped.
The charge cord may not be
connected properly to the
charging station or the electric
vehicle. The station may be
reserved by a different user or
the battery is full.
The charge cord may not be
connected properly to the
charger or the electric vehicle.
Due to the power train battery
mode your vehicle
requires ventilation during
charging. Charging station is only
suitable for charging the vehicles
that do not require ventilation
during charging.
The AC supply voltage may not
be within the range specified in
the user's manual or there may
be a failure on electric vehicle
charging station.

RECOMMENDED
REMEDIES
Check the circuit breaker is
not tripped and ensure that the
charger is supplied with power.
Ensure that the charge cord
is connected properly on both
sides. Please check
whether your Electric vehicle is
in charging mode. If the button is
lit blue - red after the RFID card
is scanned, this indicates that the
station is reserved.
Make sure that the cord is
attached properly. If the issue
persists,
please contact authorized
service.
To charge your vehicle, the
charger shall be used with an
adequate ventilation device.
Please ensure that the voltage
is within the specified range.
To remove the Electric vehicle
charging station error, press the
button for at least five seconds.
If the button is still solid red,
please contact authorized
service.
