1.- ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there.
The assistance of a second person
is recommended for assembling
this unit.
Take the components out of the box
and make sure that you have all of the
pieces, Fig.1:
(1) Right footrest support.
(1) Left footrest support.
(3) Horizontal foot / upright tube
connection bracket.
(4) Upright tube.
(5) Upper frame
(7) Armrest supports.
(8) Top exercise bar.
(6) Backrest crossbar.
(9) plate armrest.
(10) Backrest.
(11) Armrests.
(13) End cap D60.
(2) Foot support crossbar.
(15) Screws M-8x20.
(21) Flat washer M-8.
(25) Self-locking nuts M-10.
(16) Screws M-8x40.
(17) Screws M-8x70.
(19) Screws M-10x75.
(18) Screws M-10x70.
(20) Screws M10x80.
(22) Corrugated washer D8xR13.
(23) Corrugated washer D8xR26.
(24) Corrugated washer D30xR30.5.
(21) Flat washer M-8.
2.- FITTING THE FOOTREST
SUPPORTS.-
Place the right footrest support (1) on
the ground, Fig.2, insert the upright
tube (4) in the direction of the arrow, fit
screw (18) and tighten using nut (25)
Fig.2.
Next, position
crossbar (2), Fig.2 and secure using
screws (19) washers (24) and nuts
(25).
Place the connection bracket (3) onto
the screws for the right footrest
support (1) using screws (19) washers
(24) and nuts (25), Fig.4.
Perform assembly procedures similar
to the right footrest support (1), for the
left footrest support (1) Fig.4.
3.- FITTING THE ARMREST
SUPPORTS.-
Insert the Upper frame (5) into the
Upright tube (4) in the direction of the
arrow, Fig.5. Position the crossbar (6)
and fit the screws (19) along with the
washers (24) and the nuts (25) but
only hand tighten the nuts.
Next, insert the armrest support (7)
into Upright tube (4) in the direction of
the arrow, Fig.6. Insert screws (19)
and plate armrest (9), along with nuts
(25), and tighten securely.
You should also tighten the screws
fitted in the previous step.
4.- FITTING THE BACKREST &
ARMRESTS.-
Position the backrest (10) on the
backrest crossbar (6), Fig.7, secure
using screws (15) along with washers
(21).
Next, position the armrest (11), Fig.8,
and secure them by using screws (17)
along with washers (23).
