Lesen und beachten Sie diese Anleitung! Sie gibt Ihnen
wichtige Informationen zum gefahrlosen Einbau und
Betrieb und für die fachgerechte Pflege und Wartung des
Sectional Tores.
Bewahren Sie diese Anleitung sorgfältig auf!
Dieses Garagentor ist nur für den privaten Einsatz konstruiert
und vorgesehen.
Wollen Sie das Tor im gewerblichen Bereich einsetzen, prüfen
Sie vorher, ob die gültigen nationalen und internationalen Vor-
schriften diese Nutzung zulassen.
Ändern oder entfernen Sie keine
Funktionsteile! Sie könnten dadurch wichtige
Sicherheitsbauteile außer Funktion setzen.
Bringen Sie keine zusätzlichen fremden
Bauteile an! Die Zugfedern sind genau auf
das Torblattgewicht abgestimmt. Zusätzliche
Bauteile können die Federn überlasten.
Verletzungsgefahr!
Bei Anbringung eines Antriebes beachten Sie die Hinweise des
Tor- und des Antriebsherstellers. Verwenden Sie immer die
Original-Anschlüsse des Torherstellers!
Dieses Garagentor öffnet senkrecht nach oben.
Öffnungsbereich des Tores immer freihalten!
Stellen Sie sicher daß sich während der Torbe-
tätigung keine Personen insbesondere Kinder
oder Gegenstände im Bewegungsbereich des
Tores befinden.

1. EINBAU
Vor Einbau des Tores muß die Toröffnung und der Garagen-
boden fertig sein.
Sorgen Sie für ausreichenden Wasserablauf im Bereich der
Bodendichtung und der Zargenteile, sonst besteht Korrosions-
gefahr!
Sorgen Sie für ausreichende Trocknung bzw. Belüftung der
Garage.
Vor dem Einputzen muß das Tor unbedingt gut abgedeckt sein,
da Spritzer von Mörtel, Zement, Gips, etc. starke Flecken hinter-
lassen.
Schützen Sie das Tor vor aggressiven und ätzenden Mitteln,
wie z. B. Salpeterreaktionen aus Steinen oder Mörtel, Säuren,
Laugen, Streusalz, aggressiv wirkende Anstrichstoffe oder
Dichtungsmaterial, sonst besteht Korrosionsgefahr.
Für einen einfachen und sicheren Einbau führen Sie die
nachfolgenden Arbeitsschritte sorgfältig durch! (S.11-22)

ge door. It also informs you about the specific care and
maintenance the door requires. Read and follow all
instructions carefully.

This garage door is designed and intended solely for domestic
use. If you wish to use it commercially, ensure that national and
international regulations permit such use.
Do not alter or remove any functional ele-
ments! Any changes can render this door unsa-
fe for regular use.
Do not attach any additional components
of another make. The tension springs are
precisely matched to the weight of the door
leaf. Additional parts can overload the springs.
Risk of injury!
When installing an automatic garage door opener, follow the
installation instructions provided by the manufacturers of both
the door and the automatic opener. Use Hörmann parts and
accessories only!
This is a garage door that opens vertically
upwards.
Therefore always keep the door's area of
opening clear to prevent the risk of injury to
persons or damage to property.

1. INSTALLATION
Before installing the door, the door opening and garage floor
must be clean, dry and thoroughly hardened.
Ensure that the floor seal and the bottom of the door have been
provided with adequate water run-off. This inhibits corrosion.
Make sure that the garage is dry or properly ventilated.
Before sealing in, cover the door completely to avoid staining
the timber with mortar, cement, plaster or other masonry
products.
Protect the door against corrosive and aggressive sub-
stances, e.g. efflorescence from surrounding stones or mortar,
acids, alkali solutions, de-icing salt, aggressive coating
materials or sealants. These precautions inhibit corrosion and
prolong the beauty of your garage door.
For a safe and easy installation just follow the
instructions in this manual (page 11-22).
