Preheat the plancha by setting it to the high flame position for 5 to 10 min, then reduce to the
low flame position.
Choose the cooking time according to the foods (see cooking chart).
If necessary, apply oil evenly using a pad or brush.
Place the food on the plate and cook by adjusting the size of the flames manually as required.
