1.8 Install the boom microphone with the earcup arm guide on the helmet attachment as shown in figure 1.8-a and 1.8-b. Make sure
you align the boom microphone earcup arm guide with the wire as shown in figure 1.8-a to make sure it fits with relative ease.

1.9 Install the helmet attachment with the boom microphone on the left earcup (the earcup with the boom microphone connector
jack). First rotate the left cup to attach the earcup arm guide as shown in figure 1.9-a and 1.9-b. Force will be required. NOTE: Push
or pull the earcup arm guide on the earcup. Choose the method that suits you the best. If you have trouble attaching, the use of a
gripping tool may be helpful.

1.10 Rotate the boom microphone earcup arm guide in position, and install the boom microphone connector to the earcup connector
jack on the left earcup as shown in figure 1.10-a and 1.10-b.
