PRIMING
NOTE: Pump should be primed prior to each use.
1. To prime, remove elbow from pump outlet.
2. Pour fuel being used into pump outlet.
3. Re-assemble elbow and turn pump on. Pump should
be primed in less than 10 seconds.

PUMP OPERATION

1. Remove nozzle from nozzle holder and face it
toward container being filled.
2. Turn on pump by flipping on/off switch up. (See Figure 12)
3. Pull nozzle handle to dispense fuel.

NOTE: When not in use, pump should be turned
off with the nozzle in the nozzle holder.
WARNING! Never run pump dry, as it can cause
irreparable damage.
NOTE: Clean inlet strainer after every 50 hours
of use. Access by removing the four bolts on
the back of the pump.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION – DC MOTORS
NOTE: Cable systems and accessories should
be installed in positions that prevent them
from being subject to mechanical damage,
corrosion, chemical attack, heat and other
detrimental environmental conditions.
NOTE: During selection of the wiring system
and cable type, user must consider these
influences and where exposure to such
conditions are avoidable. Protective measures
such as minimizing the risk of mechanical
damage by the use of appropriate armored
cable types should be considered.
NOTE: Motor must be connected using a cable
incorporating an earthing or equipotential
bonding conductor.
