INSTALLATION

PUMP MODULE
The power supply must come from a different network than the air conditioner supply.
Disconnect the power supply before installation.
The power cable must be connected by a qualified professional complying with the standards in force
in the country.
Use only the cable 3 drivers supplied with a protection 10 A on the line.
This power supply cable must be grounded.
(standard NFC 15100 lays down the installation of a high sensitivity differential circuit breaker for
dwelling units (30 m A))
In case of doubt and for any interventions concerning electrical connection, it is preferable to call a
qualified professional.
SICCOM would not be held responsible for possible damages caused by a improper installation
If the power cable is damaged, it should be replaced by the manufacturer, its after-sales service or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid any danger.
Installation of the pump module.
The pump module may be installed in the air conditioner, in a chute (see diagram, opposite) or in the
false ceiling. A space must be left around the pump module for it to cool in the event of prolonged
operation. The pump module should not be covered (no insulation, no expanding foam, etc.). The
discharge tube must be 6 x 9 mm in diameter. Use the hose clamp (supplied) to securely fasten the
discharge hose to the pump. Make sure to observe the flow direction indicated by the arrow on
the pump module.

DETECTION MODULE.
The flexible elbow (supplied) allows connection of the detection module to the air conditioner tray.
Suction is via the 1.50-meter flexible hose having a diameter of 6 x 9 mm (not supplied). Use the two
hose clamps (provided) to securely fasten the flexible hose to the detection and pump modules
Installation of the detection module.
For the ECO FLOWATCH ®, the detection module must be installed and fastened in a horizontal
position with the velcro adhesive support (supplied).
The outlet discharge tube of the pump module must always be higher than the detection
module. In other case, it is necessary to connect the outlet discharge tube to another tube of a
higher diameter in order to prevent siphoning. Detailed information is available from your nearest
wholesaler.
OPERATION
Check that the maximum water level in the
condensate tray is higher than the cover level in
the detection unit, to prevent the condensate tray
overflowing before the alarm activates.
Before finishing the installation, it is requested to
test the correct operation of the condensate
removal pump.
Never try to run the pump "dry" without
water (pump destructive)
Rinse thoroughly the condensate water
tray in order to eliminate all metallic
particles
and
foreign
bodies
connecting the detection unit.
Position the detection unit in order to
collect the condensate from the air
conditioner
Pour water into the condensate tray of the
air conditioner without overfilling
Check the pump starts, pumps water, then
stops
3.a
MAINTENANCE.
Any maintenance on the condensate pump MUST BE DONE WITH THE POWER SUPPLIED
SWITCHED OFF.
At the beginning of the season, or regularly if the air conditioner is used all year long:
Remove the cap of the detection unit and the magnet. Clean inside the detection unit and the float
with water containing 5% bleach. Rinse thoroughly after use of a cleaning product.
Use only the supplied 3 core cable:
Blue / Neutral
Brown / Line
Yellow+green / Earth

Then replace the float with the black spot facing up, and the filter. Replace the cap, always in the
direction of origin and do a full operational test.

SICCOM SAS strongly recommends fitting a high condensate level detector connected to an
audio alarm (Buzzer) or a visual one (Indicator) to avoid any overflow or interruption of refrigeration in
the event of an incident in the system or lack of maintenance. To do this, we recommend using the
SICCOM SAS ref DS1HTCC110 detector available from your retailer.
Warranty
Your pump is guaranteed to be in perfect working order at delivery. The model ECO FLOWATCH
Ref DE05LCC190 is guaranteed for one year (12 months) from the SICCOM SAS billing date against
all operating faults. In the case of detection of a fault, customers not located in France must return
the pump postage paid to the nearest SICCOM distributor. All products returned will be subject to a
complete analysis of origin and operation in relation to its traceability code and the technical
performances ascertained. If it is determined that the fault is unrelated to incorrect use of the pump
and that the installation instructions have been complied with, the product will be repaired or
replaced.
RESTRICTIONS:
Any implicit guarantee will be limited to the duration of the express guarantee specified above.
In all cases, the responsibility related to the SICCOM SAS warranty is limited to the
replacement or repair of the product supplied plus the cost of its transport to the original
delivery location.

Before using the product, the user must determine whether it is compatible with his or her
intended use of the product. They will be responsible for all risks and legal implications
resulting from its use or installation.
SICCOM SAS reserves the right to modify the product completely or partially without first
informing its customers about it

DIE PUMPENEINHEIT.
Die Einspeisung muss von einem anderen Netz als von der Klimaanlage herkommen.
Vor der Installation das Klimagerät spannungsfrei schalten.
Der Anschluss des Stromversorgungskabels muss von einem qualifizierten Fachmann unter
Berücksichtigung der geltenden Normen des Landes durchgeführt werden.
Dieses Netzkabel muss geerdet sein.
Nur das schwarze Kabel 3 gelieferte Fahrer zu benutzen und hat ein Schutz 10 auf der Linie.
(Die Norm NFC 15100 verlangt für die Wohnung einen hochempfindlichen FI-Schutzschalter (30 m
A).)
Bei Zweifeln und bei allen elektrischen Eingriffen wird empfohlen, einen qualifizierten Fachmann
heranzuziehen
SICCOM SAS haftet nicht für eventuelle durch eine unsachgemäße Installation entstandene
Schäden.
Wenn das Versorgungskabel beschädigt ist, muss es vom Hersteller, seinem Kundendienst oder
ähnlich qualifizierten Personen ersetzt werden, damit keine Gefährdung entsteht.
