Remedy
Check to make sure that the pump is
plugged into the correct outlet.
Replace with fuse of correct size with
line voltage.
Replace the pump.
Remove the pump and and clean
discharge hose.
Remove the pump and clean
the screen.
Check the installation of the hose.
Replace the pump.
Clean out the intake screen.
