Important Safety Information
• There is a gap between your gate frame and right upper corner. This is not a defect. The gap will close once it
is properly mounted.
• Do not use the product if any components are broken or missing. If parts are required please contact our
Customer Service Department (contact informaton on the first page). Do not use replacement parts other than
those approved by the manufacturer or distributor. Non-approved spare parts may render the repair or the
product unsafe.
• Check regularly that all fittings and components are secure and that no components are worn, broken or missing.
• Check regularly that all fittings are securely tightened and that the locking mechanism is working properly.
• Any damage to property during installation of your safety gate is the sole responsibility of the end user.
• We recommend that you carry out the installation away from small children as some components may present a
choking hazard when loose.

• Never leave child unattended. This product may not prevent all accidents.
• This product is intended for use with children from 6 to 24 months of age.
• Never use with a child able to climb over or dislodge/open this gate.
• This safety gate shall not be fitted across window openings and the like.
• Never use without mounting cups.
• To prevent serious injury or death, securely install gate and use according to manufacturer's
instructions.
• Use only with locking/latching mechanism securely engaged.
• Do not use the safety gate if any components are damaged or missing.
• Install this gate away from open flames and heat sources.
• Hardware and mounting cups are included for use in solid materials only such as wood or metal.
• NEVER use to keep child away from pool.
• Children have died or been seriously injured when a gate is not securely installed. ALWAYS install
and use gate as directed using all required parts.
