Diaphragm and Bell Use:
Large Diaphragm - Detects diastolic,
first, second and third heart sounds, low
frequency heart sounds and high-pitched
murmurs in adults.
Small Diaphragm - For high-pitched infant
or pediatric heart sounds.
Large Bell - Pinpoints low and medium
pitched sounds and murmurs in adults.
Medium Bell - Detects low and medium
pitched sounds or murmurs in narrow or
small places.
Small Bell - For low and medium pitched
sounds and murmurs from an infant or
pediatric patient.
The head clicks into position
with each 180º turn.
