PRECAUTIONS
- When used correctly, this safety gate is designed to prevent accidents.
- Do not use this gate at the top or bottom of the stairs without wall cups. In order
to ensure maximum safety, use the 4 wall cups with the adhesive pads and screws
provided when installing the gate in all locations.
- Check that the gate, doorframe or stair banister supporting the gate is solid and
stable and has a smooth, grease-free surface.
- Do not allow children to climb this gate as it could be dangerous.
- Any spare or replacement parts should only be ordered from the manufacturer or
distributor.
- Only use the parts of the Alcalá gate supplied in the box containing the product.
Do not use the safety barrier if any of the components are damaged or missing.
- Ensure that the barrier is closed correctly after each use.
- Do not use the barrier following exposure to an accident.
- This safety barrier is only for domestic use. Not for outdoor use.
- Never leave a baby unattended.
- Ensure gate is attached between 2 structurally sound surfaces, therefore; make
sure to use the appropriate type of xings depending on the surface available:
wood screws for wooden surfaces, all-purpose pins and concrete screws for
concrete surfaces, metal screws for metal surfaces.
