03. INSTRUCTION FOR USE
3.1. Composition of the electric griddle
The product consists of the following parts:
1. Temperature regulator connector.
2. Grease drip tray.
3. Non-stick surface.
4. Cool-touch handles.
5. Pin.
6. Thermostat pilot light.
7. Adjustable thermostat.
8. Plug

3.2. Assembly and use
1. Clean the pan with a damp cloth before using for the first time. Dry
carefully and spread the cooking surface with a little oil using a cloth or paper napkin.

2. Spread a little oil on the non-stick surface before each use.
3. Place the appliance on a firm level surface at least 15 cm from walls or
furnishings.
4. Insert the grease drip tray so that excess liquids from the cooking process will
be collected (Figure 1, point 2).
5. Insert the plug (Figure 3) into the power supply socket.
6. Insert the temperature regulator accessory (Figure 2) into the power
intake of the griddle (Figure 1, point 1). Set the temperature indicator to 0ff.
7. Turn the adjustable thermostat (Figure 2) to the temperature required for
cooking the dish you are preparing. The thermostat indicator will light up.
8. When surface reaches the selected temperature the pilot light will turn off.
9. Place the ingredients on the cooking surface.
10.The pilot light will alternately light up and turn off during cooking,
indicating that the appliance is maintaining a constant temperature at all times.
11. Handle the food with a wooden spatula. Avoid metallic utensils and sharp
edges which could damage the non-stick coating.
12. On plugging in or unplugging the power supply cord never pull
or push the cord itself. Always use the plug or connector (Figure 3).
CAUTION
The plate is hot. Use the cool-touch handles to move it.
04. CLEANING
Use kitchen soap. Never use abrasive materials which could damage the
non-stick coating.
1. Set the adjustable thermostat (Figure 2) to 0ff and unplug the power cord.
2. Allow the appliance to cool.
3. Remove the thermostat and clean it with a damp cloth. Under no
circumstances submerge it in water or any other liquid.
4. Remove any excess oil with a paper napkin before cleaning the plate.
