INJECTORS REMOVING

Use protective work gloves, protective footwear,
hard hat and safety goggles

• Use the socket to unscrew the electrical connection of the
injector (fig. 1 and 2)

• Insert the extractor's body into the injector (fig. 3)
• Introduce the screw inside the extractor and screw down it to the
inner thread of the injector (fig. 4)

• Tighten utilising a 8mm wrench (fig. 5)
• Screw the nut to the upper part of the tool
• Using a 22 mm wrench screw the nut. If it is necessary, block the
PT
screw with a 8 mm wrench (fig. 7 and 8)
• Keep on screwing till the complete removal of the injector (fig. 9)
