7. Install QS link harness
Using the provided cable ties, secure the QS link harness to the right side of
the subplate. See image below.
NOTE: Dress low-voltage (Class 2) wires away from line-voltage wires per
local and national codes.
Cable Ties
8. Mount the DIN Power Modules (DPMs)
Mount the DIN Power Modules (DPMs) onto the DIN rail rows aligning them to
the right. Mount with arrow pointing up to ensure adequate cooling. Mount to
DIN rail by pressing module onto rail with clips pressed in. To remove from rail,
pull clips out using a screwdriver. Also remove QS link connector from each
unit. See DPM install guide for more details. If panel had a Ten Volt Module kit,
see Step 12 for 0-10 V wiring. NOTE: If installing LQSE-4A5-120-D modules,
first add wiring to panel terminal blocks, then mount the module and move to
Step 9.

12. 0-10 V panel only
Wire the 0–10 V wires to a LQSE-4T5-120-D module. Ensure 0-10 V wiring
is kept separate from line voltage wiring by running wires down right side of
panel. Lutron recommends a terminal block kit "PDT-T-1", which gets mounted
in module position 8. PDT-T-1 must be purchased separately to make the
connection between the existing 0-10 V wires and the new 0-10 V module.
Can fit a maximum of six PDT-T-1 kits on DIN rail position 8.

13. Install bypass jumpers
Install bypass jumpers if any load or fixture wiring has been modified.
14. Install cover, turn on power and check for errors
Install cover, turn on power and check for errors. If any circuit breakers trip,
an error needs to be resolved.
15. Remove cover and remove bypass jumpers
Remove cover and remove bypass jumpers once wiring has been verified.
16. Install cover and restore power to the panel
Install cover and restore power to the panel and each branch circuit. If lights
do not turn on, an error needs to be resolved. Verify wiring and loading on
each module. See DPM install guides for troubleshooting steps for each
module.
17. Program the new DPMs
Using the HomeWorks programming tool, the link type will need to be changed
from a panel link to a QS link to establish communication with the new DPMs.
Must also setup each DPM output for the correct load type.
