TROUBLE
- My system does not detect the device
- When I connect the equipment appears the
message "this ddevice might work better in a high
speed port"
- Loss of pictures during video capture
- The system hangs at the beginning of the
recording
SOLUTION
- Make sure that the USB is 2.0.
- If you have Windows XP, make sure that you
have SP1 or higher
- Make sure that the USB is 2.0.
- Close all the applications that you are not using
and avoid running other programs during the
recording.
- Defragment and free space on your hard drive.
- Use a hard disk with more than 7200
revolutions per minute.
- Make sure you have DirectX 9.0 installed.
- Update your video card driver.
