Operation
Thank you for purchasing the Testboy
This hygrometer is used to measure the content of moisture in wood and construction material,
as well as for measuring the air temperature.
Commissioning
In order to switch on the measuring instrument, activate the button
After 10 minutes of inactivity, the measuring instrument automatically switches off.
Presetting and self-test:
Prolonged pressing (approx.5 sec.) of the button
Using ▲, select the unit for the temperature measurement (°C/°F) and press
to confirm and start the self-test. The character "---" appears on the display for a few seconds
"PAS"
If appears after the self-test is completed, the hygrometer is in a good condition.
By again pressing the button
indicated, send the instrument to us for further checking.
Carry out presetting and self-test each time after replacing the battery.
