• Turn the release lever (4) clockwise and tilt
the mixer head (1) upwards until it locks
into place.
• Mount the required accessory (6/7/8).
• Turn the release lever (4) clockwise and tilt
the mixer head (1) downwards until it locks
into place.
• Make sure that the accessory (6/7/8) is
located in the ingredients.
• Insert the mains plug into the wall socket.
• Switch on the appliance.
• Set the mixing speed.
Refer to the section "Switching on and off".
• After use, switch off the appliance, remove
the mains plug from the wall socket and
wait until the appliance has cooled down.

Cleaning and maintenance

• After cleaning, put the appliance in the
original packaging.
• Store the appliance in a dry and frost-free
place, out of the reach of children.
