CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

CLEANING THE DEHUMIDIFIER
1. Switch the unit off and unplug it.
2. Clean the air inlet (3) and outlet (4) using a soft cloth.
Dust tends to accumulate in these points.
NOTE: Never use water to wash the dehumidifier. If the appliance operates in the same position for several days, check for
dirt beneath and around it. Move the unit intermittently and clean the floor beneath it.
CLEANING THE AIR FILTER
If the filter is clogged with dust, the air flow and unit's performance will be adversely affected. Check and clean the flter
every two weeks to prevent this from occurring.
NOTE: The air filter should be cleaned every two weeks. Insufficient ventilation may cause poor dehumidification
performance, frost build-up and dripping.
