A) Control panel: it is equipped with the control devices needed to operate the appliance

(see "Control descriptions").

B) Container: it is equipped with removable blades to mix food product and can be tipped

for easy emptying.

C) Container guard: it is associated with an interlock device (micro switch ). The appli-

ance stops when the guard is opened.

D) Support structure: it is equipped with castor wheels (D1) for easy movement and a

knob (D2) to tip the container.
