Prior to first use
Remove all packaging parts and clean the product
according to the cleaning instructions.
Instructions
1. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to a
thickness of approx. 1/8 inch (cracker) or 1/4 inch
(crispbread), as required by the recipe (Fig. 1).
Chef's note: After rolling, ensure that the
dough does not stick to the working surface.
2. Dust the top of the rolled dough with some flour.
Roll the Cracker Roller across the dough, while
applying firm pressure. Repeat this process strip by
strip until the whole dough is imprinted (Fig. 2).
3. Place the imprinted dough strips on baking
sheets lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake according to the recipe's time and tempe-
rature specifications. Remove the baking sheets,
cool slightly, then break up the crispbread or
crackers, cool them completely on a nonstick
cooling rack (Fig. 3).
Important note: For crispbread, break at every
third imprinted edge. For crackers, break at every
imprinted edge.
Cleaning
Do not use scouring agents or steel wool to
clean the Cracker Roller. The Cracker Roller is not
dishwasher safe. Hand wash in a mild soap solution
with warm water. Hand dry with a dishtowel or air
dry. Keep away from children.
