Troubleshooting
Food is not extruding.
• Make sure Stand Mixer is plugged into outlet and turned to recommended speed.
• Unplug Stand Mixer. Check to see if all parts are installed properly and Collar is tightened onto Housing.
• Unplug Stand Mixer and check if food is stuck in Grinder Chute. Cut food into 1-inch (2.54 cm) thick strips.
Food is not extruding evenly from Plate.
• Make sure there is enough food in Grinder Chute to process.
• Slightly increase speed to and check extruding.
• Turn Stand Mixer and ensure Collar is tightly screwed onto Housing.
Food and Meat Grinder not working.
• Turn Stand Mixer to OFF ( ) and unplug. Disassemble all parts and check for blockage.
Remove blockage and reassemble parts to start grinding again.
