mixture down Grinder Chute.

6. Make sure Stand Mixer
Speed Control Dial is set
to OFF ( ) and plug into
Rotating Auger Icon, single color printed graphic
electrical outlet.

10. As casing is being filled,
grasp casing around Stuffing
Tube. If air bubbles form
while filling, use a clean pin
to pop any bubbles.
7. Add ground mixture to Food
Tray, pushing mixture into
Grinder Chute with Food
Pusher to help eliminate air
bubbles.
11. Turn Stand Mixer Speed
Control Dial to OFF ( ).
Remove 3 to 4 inches (7.6 to
10.1 cm) of unfilled casing and
cut. Tie casing into a knot.
8. Slide sausage casing over
Stuffing Tube, leaving at
least 3 inches to tie end
into a knot.
12. To make into sausages,
pinch and squeeze casing
in middle of long link. Then
using your hands, twist and
turn into segments or use
twine to form sausages.
