Introduction
Thank you for purchasing the Xanthos 5.1 System. This system offers
impressive 5.1 sound and minimises irksome cables in the room,
through high-quality radio speakers.
Product includes:
• 1 centre loudspeaker
• 1 subwoofer, 2 front satellites,
2 rear satellites (wireless)
• 3x 2xCinch to 2xCinch cable
• 1x Cinch to Cinch cable
• 3x 3.5mm stereo jack to
2xCinch plug
• 2x Cinch extension cable
• 1x 9-pin DIN cable
• 2x AC power cable
• Wall mounting kit
• Remote control
• 2xAAA batteries (DV 1.5 V)

Connecting to a DVD player:
Note: To connect the rear speakers, there must be power sockets
close by.
Only for use with 5.1 audio sources!
1. Use the supplied Cinch cable (see fig. 1) to connect your DVD player
to the sockets (FL/FR, CEN/SUB, SL/SR) on the back of the
centre speaker (see fig. 2).
2. Connect the 9-pin cable (see fig. 1) to the back of the centre speaker
("Output"). Connect the other end to the back of the subwoofer
("Input DIN").
3. Connect the grey-marked Cinch cable to the back of the centre
speaker ("CEN SPK.In") and connect the other end to the "CEN"
socket on the back of the subwoofer.
4. Connect the two front speakers to the sockets FL (front left) and FR
(front right) on the back of the subwoofer.
If the speaker cable isn't long enough, you can use the 2 supplied
cinch cables to extend it.
