Install the Predator-Proof Latch. Open the Lift Top and

thread the prongs of the latch through the underside
of the top and on either side of the top's plasticwood
cross bar. The prongs will go up and over the edge of
the Lift Top and around the frame of the Short
Wire-Mesh Front Panel. To Lock, squeeze the latch
and secure the prongs in the eyelets.

Slide the Floor Tray into the Coop. The plastic area
will face upward for easy cleaning.
Install the Roosting Bars and Nesting Area
Install the Roosting Bar (without screws) closest to

the exit hole in the Floor Tray. The hooks on the bar
will slide into the metal holes on the inside of each
Solid Panel. Push downward to lock in place.
Attach the wire mesh Nest to the Roosting Bar using

the Nest Screws. Attach the Nest to the Bar as shown.
With the Nest attached, install the second Roosting

Bar so the Nest rests between the Bar and the Gabled
End Panel. The hooks on the Roosting Bar will slide
into the metal holes on the inside of each Solid Panel.
Push downward to lock in place. The curved edge of
the Nest will rest against the Gabled Panel and curve
downward; the Nest will rest a couple inches from the
Floor Tray.
