UNPACKING
When unpacking, make sure that all parts are present.
Contact your dealer if parts are missing or damaged.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Assemble all components as shown in the exploded view in the appendix.
1. Attach the casters (18) to the Base (14) with bolts (19), washer (20), spring washers (4) and nuts (5);
without tightening the nuts.
2. Slide the caster (18) which is connected to the base (14) along with the long holes.
3. Slide the caster to the position that the holes of the caster is aligned with the holes of the base, then
fix the casters (18) to the base with bolts (19), washer (20), spring washers (4) and nuts (5), tighten all
the four nuts.
4. Attach the wheels (8), Bushing (2) to the Base (14) with bolts (1), spring washers (4) and nuts (5);
tighten all the nuts.
5. Attach the wheels (3), Bushing (2) to the legs (6) with bolts (1), spring washers (4) and nuts (5);
tighten all the nuts.
6. Slide legs (6) into front of the base (14), align the hole at the end of the groove of the base with the
hole at the end of the leg.
7. Fasten the connect plates (16) , base (14), front legs (6) with bolts (15, 17), washers (10) ，spring
washers (4) and nuts (9) and check to make sure the nuts were tighten. Lift one side of the base to
align the hole on the frame to the hole on the front leg (6).
8. Insert the frame pins (12) into the hole and insert the R-pin (13) into the hole of the Frame pins.
9. Use two Bolts (17) and Washers (4) to fasten the Handle (30) to the Post (26).
STORING
Always lower the lifting arm to the lowest position when not in use.
Always keep the lifting tool in the fully lowered position to protect critical areas from excessive corrosion.
Never use brake fluid or gear or engine oil to top up, as these will damage seals. Only use hydraulic oil to
fill up.
