• Not to place the belt on your neck, on your chest
or on your back in such a way that electricity passes
through your heart (e.g. an electrode on your chest
and another on your back), genitals, scars, moles,
varicose veins or head).
• Not to place the belt on recent scars, inflamed skin,
infected areas or areas that are susceptible to acne,
thrombosis or other vascular problems (e.g. varicose
veins), or any part of your body with limited sensitivity.
• Do not place on areas with injuries or limited mobility
(e.g. fractures or sprains).
• Not to place the belt directly on metal implants. Place
receivers on the closest muscle.
Possible Adverse Reactions
There have been isolated reports of skin reactions
caused by the use of electro-stimulation devices, in-
cluding allergies, prolonged skin redness and acne.
If any of these symptoms occur, switch off the device
and consult your doctor.
If you have never exercised before or have not exerci-
sed for a long time:
Consult your general practitioner.
Precautions:

TINUM if your body is in contact with water.
• Keep out of reach of children.

transmits electrical current to your body or with any

• Do not attach two electrodes together.
• If any of the electrodes is not attached properly, you
will notice an itching sensation.

• The product may malfunction as a result of electrostatic dis-
turbances. If this occurs, simply press the RESET button (16)
to resume normal operation.

Putting on the Belt:
Set-up:
Open the battery compartment using a Phillips screwdriver
(not included), remove the battery compartment cover (batte-
ries not included) on the back of the unit (1) and insert three
AAA batteries.
Insert the three batteries in accordance with the polarity
marks. The polarity is indicated on the battery compartment
for proper placement, as shown in the illustration (Fig. 2).
Replace the battery compartment cover and tighten the
screw.
Putting on the Belt:
Attach the GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND PRO PLATINUM
unit (1) to the front part (2) of the belt using the six snap
fasteners.
Ensure that they are all well fastened or the belt will not work
properly.
The GYMFORM® ABS-A-ROUND PRO PLATINUM belt
consists of two parts. The front part – abdominals (2), which
works the abdominal muscles, and the back part, which
works the lower-back muscles in the middle and the obliques
at the sides. The two parts are joined using the adjustable
straps (15). The adjustable straps (15) should be inserted
into the buckles (6) and closed using the quick opening and
closing system.
Attach two electrodes (9) to the abdominal part (2) and two
electrodes to the lower-back part (4) of the belt.
Attach the two double electrodes (17) to the two oblique parts
(3).
Make sure the belt connectors (7) between the front part (2)
and the back part are properly connected by ensuring that
the indicated mark on each belt connector (7) is not visible
(Fig. 3).
Remove the protective plastic backing from the belt electro-
des. Do not throw the protective plastic backing away, as you
will need it later.
Attach the two electrodes on the lower-back part of the belt
(4) to the middle of the back, then attach the electrodes on the
oblique part of the belt (3) to the sides.
Note: The obliques are located above the hip bone.
Ensure that all electrodes are properly attached.
Next, attach the electrodes on the front part to the abdominals
(2). Close using the adjustable strap (15). First pass the strap
through the buckle and then fasten it using the quick opening
and closing system.
Carefully adjust the strap on the other side of the front part to
ensure the belt is perfectly attached. Ensure that the belt is
properly adjusted between all parts so that the electrodes are
in contact with the skin.
When you have finished using the belt, to ensure the elec-
trodes do not stick to the skin, remove them one at a time by
