- Página 9 Assembly of Base Support Attach Handle (E) onto the Storage Compartment (C) using four #1 Screws. Insert Front Cross Beam (J) between the Foot Stand (I) and secure with two #4 Bolts. Insert the Rear Cross Beam (K) between the ends of the Foot Stand (I). Attach the Wheel (G) to the Rear Cross Beam (K) and the Foot Stand (I) with one Axle Bolt (F) and one #5 Flat Washer on the outside of the wheel, then one #6 Flat Washer and one Rubber Mat (N).
