Installation
The installation follows the installation of the submersible mixer. Note the following points:
▪ The recirculation pump cannot be operated at different heights.
▪ After lowering, the flow ring must be in complete contact with the discharge pipe.
▪ Guidance along the guide pipe is not by a frame at the motor. Guidance is by the flow ring.
▪ When lowering, tilt the recirculation pump approx. 5° downwards. Adjust the attachment
point accordingly.
▪ NOTICE! For types RZP 50-3..., RZP 60-3... and RZP 80-2..., additional components must
be fitted to the discharge pipe. Refer to the following chapter!
Install the following components depending on the type:
▪ Compression element
Ensures better contact between the flow ring and the discharge pipe and easier removal of
the recirculation pump.
▪ Claw
Ensures better contact between the flow ring and the discharge pipe.
