Fitting instructions
Note
Service and repair work should only be carried out by suitably qualified persons in accordance with all appropriate local
and national safety regulations.
Servicing, modification, testing and maintenance of electrical appliances should only be carried out in accordance with all
appropriate legal requirements, accident prevention regulations and valid standards.
Danger!
Before any service work is commenced, the machine must be disconnected from the mains.
Even with the machine switched off, mains voltage may be applied to some components.
A Lay the frame with shelf closed on the washing machine lid.
A Align the frame such that the front edge of the shelf is flush with the washing machine fascia.
A Push the shelf in slightly to release it. Pull it out and remove it, Fig. 1 A.
Warning!
Take care not to move the frame while removing the shelf.
A Mark the 6 fixing screw positions on the washing machine lid.
A Remove the frame.
A Apply silicone sealant around the 6 fixing screw positions on the washing machine lid. Each area of application should
have a diameter of approx. 25 mm / 1 , Fig. 1 B.
A Fit the frame on the washing machine and align it in accordance with the markings.
A Use the 6 countersunk wood screws to secure the frame on the washing machine lid, Fig. 1 C.
A Adjust the dryer feet such that they protrude by 22 mm, Fig. 1 D.
A Fit the dryer on the washing machine in its guides.
A Insert the retaining pieces and secure them, Fig. 1 E.
A Refit the shelf.
