Instructions for use:
Clean before fi rst use with a mild detergent. Dry thoroughly and re-
move any residue. The mould is dishwasher-safe. However, we recom-
mend that it be washed carefully by hand.
Greasing the mould with baking spray* (or alternatively with butter)
before baking gives the bakeware a lovely brown fi nish and a tasty
crust. Greasing is not necessary for turning out purposes. Do not use
sharp objects (such as a knife or similar) to do so.
Please bear in mind that ingredients and oven may vary. You know
your oven best. For this reason, any temperature values and baking
times we state can only be regarded as reference values. If, for ex-
ample, the mixture is still quite runny, you may need to increase the
baking time. If the top goes brown relatively quickly, we advise you to
reduce the temperature and increase the baking time.
Tip: We recommend removing the ingredients from the fridge half
an hour before preparation. They will then reach room temperature
and bond better.
MonsterPops on a stick
To make the delicious MonsterPops you will need:
80 g sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla sugar, 1 egg, 90 g butter, 70 g plain fl our,
1 pinch baking powder, 55 g cornfl our, a little icing sugar for dusting
or see decorating tip
Whisk the sugar and vanilla sugar with the egg until frothy. Stir in the
butter. Add the fl our, cornfl our and baking powder and work all of the
ingredients to a smooth mixture (about 4 minutes).
Place the mould on a baking tray, grease it with baking spray* (or
butter) and fi ll to 2/3 with dough. To ensure nice, even distribution of
