PRESENTATION
RECOMMENDATIONS FOR USE
Read instructions carefully and keep for future reference.
1.
Check your fitness level with your medical practitioner. This is
especially important for persons over the age of 35 or persons
with pre-existing health problems.
2.
The owner is responsible for ensuring that all users of this product
are properly informed as to how to use this product safely.
3.
If the appliance is misused, DOMYOS cannot be held liable for the
material damage and bodily harm which may result.
4.
This equipment is for household use only (class H). It is not
suitable for professional and/or commercial use.
5.
This appliance is not suitable for therapeutic use.
6.
Wear sports shoes to protect your feet. Tie up your hair. Do not
wear loose clothing that is likely to get in your way. Take off all
jewellery.
7.
If you experience dizziness, nausea, chest pain, or any other
abnormal symptom, stop exercising immediately and consult a
doctor.
8.
The machine must be placed on a stable, flat, horizontal surface.
9.
People fitted with pacemakers, defibrillators or any other fitted
electronic device are warned that they use pulse sensor at their
own risk.
USING THE CONSOLE
FITTING BATTERIES
1.
Remove the console from its holder, remove the cover on the
back of the product and insert 2 AA type or UM-3 batteries.
2.
Ensure that the batteries are inserted correctly and are in full
contact with the springs.
3.
Replace the cover.
4.
If the display is unreadable or partial, remove the batteries, wait
15 seconds and replace them.
SETTING THE TRAVELLERS AT THE BACK OF THE CONSOLE

Place the traveller on the distance unit of your choice (MI
= miles / KM = kilometres)
Press the RESET button to confirm your choice.
WARNING: If the settings are incorrect, the message ERR appears.
Check the position of the travellers (the traveller is correctly positioned
when you hear a click).
MEASURE YOUR HEART RATE
Place the palms of your hands on the heart beat sensors and wait a few seconds. Keep your hands still on the sensors and don't hold on too tight.
The heart rate measured is an estimate. It gives you a general idea.
WARNING! Heart rate monitoring systems can be inaccurate. Straining may result in serious injuries and even death. You must stop your workout
immediately if you have any pain or start to feel ill.
Please note: Sometimes the measured heart rate is not consistent with your real heart rate. This is due to the initialisation of the algorithm.

This cross trainer is equipped with a magnetic resistance system for silent and smooth pedaling. It
simulates the natural movement of walking or running and tones buttock, thigh, calf and lower abdominal
muscles. You can increase work on your buttocks by pedaling backwards.
Training on this type of machine also increases cardiovascular capacity. You will improve your fitness,
endurance and burn calories.
MAINTENANCE
For your safety, regularly examine your appliance.
1.
Tighten fastenings.
2.
Inspect the parts subject to most wear.
3.
Immediately replace faulty parts.
4.
Do not use the appliance until it is repaired.
SETTINGS
LEVELLING
If it is unstable, adjust the level compensators at the back of the bike.
BRAKING
The braking torque varies depending on pedaling speed (the faster you
pedal, the less resistance the flywheel has).
You can also set braking independently from speed thanks to the
adjustment knob under the console.
MOVING
Hold the fixed handlebars and tip the product on the front legs. When
the product is on its wheels, move it and then return it to its original
position, carefully guiding it back onto the rear feet.

The AUTOSCAN mode enables alternating display.
The product goes into standby mode after five minutes of inactivity.
Your performances are automatically reset.
RECYCLING
The "crossed-out bin" symbol indicates that this product
and the batteries it contains cannot be thrown away with
household waste. They must be separated and recycled
specially. Take the batteries and unusable electronic
products to an authorised collection area for recycling.
Recycling your electronic waste in this way will protect
the environment and your health.
