Problem

LUBRICATION
Black and Decker tools are properly lubricated at the factory and are ready for use.
Tools should be lubricated regularly every year depending on usage. (Tools used on
heavy duty jobs and tools exposed to heat may require more frequent lubrication.) This
lubrication should be attempted only by trained power tool repair person such as those
at Black and Decker service centers or in other qualified service personnel.

TROUBLeShOOTINg

Possible Cause
• Cord not plugged in.
• Circuit fuse is blown.
• Circuit breaker is tripped.
• Cord or switch is damaged.
Possible Solution
• Plug tool into a working outlet.
• Replace circuit fuse. (If the
product repeatedly causes the
circuit fuse to blow, discontinue
use immediately and have it
serviced at a Black and Decker
service center or authorized
servicer.)
• Reset circuit breaker. (If the
product repeatedly causes the
