Continuation of installation:
Install the 2 iron grips onto the cable next to the OKU-STB1205 and the OKUBUF1205. The
exact location is mentioned on the side and top view of the installation instructions.
Stretch out the cable: please sit on seat and travel 4 times back and forth ( load of approx.
90 kilos)
The cable will stretch out and the stations will adapt to the circumstances. Please tension the
cable as described above mentioned.
Control phase: please sit on cable and travel 1 time back and forth and make sure that the
distance is 67 cm between bottom side of the seat and ground level in a non loaded situation.
In a loaded situation with a weight of 70 kilos the minimum distance between bottomside
seat and the ground level should be 35 cm.
IMPORTANT! FOR US ONLY!
Always make sure to adjust the chain lenght to maximum 7" (178mm).
Distance of the topside of the seat until bottom side of the cable has to be a minimum of 180
cm. To reach this distance you can shorten the chain. Tension the cable again if necessary.

Finalize installation:

The rest length of the cable can be removed. Please add tape to the cable (5 times) at a
distance of 40 cm of the third iron grip. (OBV-5412000). This avoids that the cable will fray.
Please shorten the cable in by means of an abrasive cutting-off wheel.
Finally the covering caps OME-2226475 can be put on.
