General aspects

Before assembling, using, or servicing the Master Products belt conveyor, it is essential to read, understand, and
follow the instructions in this manual. Failure to follow the instructions and safety precautions could cause serious
injury to persons and damage to the equipment.

Routine or preventive maintenance is a necessary safety practice. It only requires a few basic steps and will help

Some components, especially the conveyor band and rollers, are susceptible to retaining and accumulating resinous
particles due to the nature of the raw material being processed. Over time, this can lead to excessive friction and can
ultimately interfere with the overall performance of the machine.
Keeping the equipment clean, disinfected and sterilized is very important for preventing contamination of the raw
material being processed. The basic maintenance tasks to be performed on the conveyor belts are exclusively
