Assembling the machine

Once the cleaning procedure has been completed, complete the assembly of the conveyor belt by following the
detailed instructions below. Remember that only authorized and trained personnel may perform this task.
Place the conveyor band assembly on a flat surface as shown in

the following image.
Replace the conveyor band, checking that the profile it presents is

positioned in the central groove of the drive roller.
Position and fix the two heads of the drive roller with the help of a No. 6 hex key, observing the distance shown in the following image. Later,

the final tensioning of the belt will be performed.
Check that the hammerhead nuts used to fix the two heads of the

drive roller are in their correct positions, as shown in the following
image. If not, it will be necessary to move them to the approximate
position indicated using a No. 6 hex key.
Place the drive roller as shown in the following image. Check that the

profile of the belt is also positioned in its central groove..
