Before making repairs, please read the following content carefully to fix common problems .

Plug is not inserted into the outlet

"Protection mode" has been activated
to prevent overheating
Dust bag is full .
Collection head or extension pipe is
clogged .
Low suction
Sponge filter is clogged .
Dust cover is not closed correctly .
Dust bag is full .

Loud noise

Sponge filter is clogged .
Main body and handle are
Running motor causes them to heat up . This is not abnormal .

Problems that could not be resolved .
