Warranty:

Bonsaii guarantees that the device will function perfectly for a period of 2 years.
Bonsaii offers free servicing and support during this period starting from the date of purchase. This
warranty only refers to the quality of the workmanship and any material or manufacturing faults.
Improper use, wear and tear, normal depreciation and unauthorised repairs to the device are expressly
excluded from this warranty.
Should a relevant defect occur during this period, it is Bonsaii who decides whether to repair the defective
part or replace the entire device. Bonsaii shall pay the costs for whichever option it decides to implement.
This warranty does not apply to defects which were not directly caused by its use or which were caused
through improper use (different to as described here), or caused by wanton destruction. Nor does it apply
to damage caused by the use of an unsuitable power supply (see sticker on the device) or unauthorised
repairs.
Bonsaii reserves the right to invoice the customer for costs for repairs or spare parts outside the country
in which the device was originally purchased from an authorised sales representative.

Guarantee Handling

Should this device not function perfectly, contrary to expectations, please note the following:
The warranty period for is 2 years of proper use from the date of purchase. Please keep the proof of
purchase and original packaging in a safe place. The proof of purchase is proof of the validity of a warranty
claim. The warranty only applies to material or manufacturing faults, and not for damage to fragile parts,
the housing for example. Devices which sustained damage from outside due to improper use are excluded
from being replaced. A warranty becomes invalid if repairs are carried out without the express consent of
our customer service department.
Warranty repairs can only be carried out if the proof of purchase is enclosed – please telephone to advise
us of any return shipment! Only return shipments bearing sufficient postage and the corresponding
returns number can be accepted. Please indicate your name, street, postcode, town and telephone
number with dialling code and the reason for your complaint.
