USING THE MINI COMPRESSOR
WARNING
Before starting the compressor, carefully read the manual. Keep this manual for future
reference.
WARNING
Improper use of the compressor risks causing substantial damage or injuring the user. While
using the compressor, ensure that the bike or vehicle is parked in a safe location, off the
road, that its handbrake is applied, and that your personal safety is not at risk.
Levelling
The compressor must be installed on a horizontal plane (maximum allowable inclination of 21°).
Precautions
• Inspect before each use.
• Do not use the compressor when the vehicle is moving.
• Do not leave the device connected if unattended.
• Do not place the compressor on or near direct heat sources and do not expose it to direct
sunlight.
• Do not use the compressor in or near a flammable environment.
• Do not bend or block the compressor hose while the compressor is running.
• Do not use the compressor if it has been bent, broken, melted or wetted or if any of its
components have been damaged.
• Do not use the compressor on high-pressure tyres such as those used on commercial,
agricultural or special vehicles.
• Exclusively use the nozzles provided with the device.
• The compressor is not water resistant.
• Ensure that the cables and hoses connected to the compressor do not interfere with the
vehicle's safe usage.
• After use, store the device in a cool, dry and dust-free location.
• This compressor should not be used continuously.
Using the compressor over an extended period may cause it to overheat and sustain
damages. It is preferable to not use it for longer than 10 minutes without interruption. After
10 minutes, turn off and leave to cool for 30 minutes before using again.
• In the event of unusual noise or excessive heat coming from the compressor, immediately
turn off and let cool for at least 30 minutes before using again.
• The compressor does not contain any parts that can be serviced or replaced by the user –
do not open.
Regularly check the pressure while inflating, using a certified pressure gauge.
Do not use the mini compressor when the charger is connected to the mains.
Never leave the mini compressor unattended; the object being inflated could explode.
When in operation, the device vibrates. Do not place in an elevated position, on a ladder, or
on an elevated step.
CAUTION – TO REDUCE THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE:
When the compressor is operated at a low PSI, the unit may start in low and gradually rev
up. When the compressor is operated at higher PSIs, the unit may operate normally for
several minutes, then rev down for a few minutes before returning to normal operation. This
feature protects the unit from overheating during normal use. In any event, do not operate
compressor continuously for longer than 10 minutes, as it may overheat. This could damage
the compressor. If the compressor must be operated for longer periods: every 10 minutes
press the Compressor Power Button to turn the compressor off, then restart after a cooling
down period of approximately 30 minutes.
HOW TO INFLATE
1. Use the default nozzle or the nozzle provided with the product, depending on the object
that needs to be inflated.
2. Completely screw the nozzle on the valve.
3. Press the mini compressor power button. An audible beep is heard when the LCD screen
displays the battery status, the preset and actual pressure values, which alternate.
4. Use the compressor pressure control buttons (+ and -) to select the desired pressure.
This may be between 0.1 and 7 bars.
5. Once the desired pressure has been chosen, wait 3 seconds.
6. The LCD screen will alternate the selected pressure and actual pressure values.
