Problem
Won't turn on
Can't find the MS430
Can't install the driver for
MS430 on a computer
No sound
The sound quality is intermittent
in Bluetooth mode.
Solution
Please ensure that the MS430 is charged.
Confirm that the MS430 is in
pairing mode and within
10 meters of the device.
Update the driver of the Bluetooth
module on your computer.
Check the volume on both the
source device and the MS430.
Disable the Wi-Fi on your
source device.
Move the MS430 away from
any other wireless devices.
