Troubleshooting.
WARNING: Do not use force to open a
pressurized iSi Thermo XPress Whip!
Release the pressure
Press the push button until the device is com-
pletely empty. Firmly press the push button
repeatedly. Unscrew the push button and while
doing so, hold a cloth over the device head.
Only after this action has been performed is it
safe to detach the device head from the bottle.
If the pressure will not release, please contact
iSi or your service center.
The content cannot be dispensed/content
sputters from the tip.
1. There is a blockage caused by undissolved
ingredients, sugar, fruit pulp or cores/seeds.
"Release pressure" and then follow the steps
for "Thorough cleaning".
Ensure to dissolve the ingredients using
pureeing, straining etc.
2. Content is too solid because there is too much
binding agent or there has been excessive
cooling.
Recipes are inaccurate or must be adjusted.
Avoid freezing the content.
3. Cream or preparation has become too stiff.
Reduce the intensity and number of
shakes after charging during the next
use.
Follow the shaking instructions table
under "Charging".
4. Too many chargers have been used.
"Release pressure". The device is now
ready for use again.
Refer to "Whipper Data" for the required
number of chargers.
5. No pressure/not enough pressure in the device.
Only use original iSi Cream Chargers.
Do not reuse empty chargers; empty char-
gers must be disposed of immediately.
Refer to „Whipper data" for the required
number of chargers.
