2.2 Insert the external part "B" of the visor air intake in the hole provided in the visor
and engage from inside the air diffuser "A" by applying pressure to the two side
centring and hooking pins (Fig.10).
2.3 Fix the visor onto the helmet (see instructions above).
WARNING
- Ensure that the side inserts have been correctly assembled. Open and close the
visor ensuring that the side inserts remain in their positions. If necessary, repeat
the above-mentioned operations.
- Ensure that the air intake is securely fastened to the visor by opening and closing
the outer flap. If necessary, repeat the above-mentioned operations.
- Do not use the helmet without having assembled the side inserts and air intake of
the visor correctly.
- In case of malfunctioning or damages, please contact an authorised Nolangroup
dealer.

1 ASSEMBLING THE PINLOCK
1.1 Disassemble the visor (see instructions above).
1.2 Make sure that the inner surface of the visor is clean and ensure that the pin ad-
justment external levers are turned inwards (Fig.11).
1.3 Place the PINLOCK
The silicone-sealed profile of the PINLOCK
the inner surface of the visor.
1.4 Insert one side of the PINLOCK
position (Fig.12).
1.5 Widen the visor and fit the second side of the PINLOCK
pin (Fig.13).
1.6 Release the visor.
1.7 Remove the protective film from the PINLOCK
entire silicone-sealed profile of the inner visor adheres to the visor.
1.8 Fix the visor onto the helmet (see instructions above).
2 CHECKING AND ADJUSTING THE PINLOCK
Check for the correct assembly of the PINLOCK
visor and ensuring that they do not move with respect to each other.
Should the PINLOCK
both external adjustment levers upwards, to increase the stretch gradually and not
excessively (Fig.11).
The maximum stretch is achieved when the pin adjustment external levers are turned
outwards.
WARNING
- The presence of dust between the two visors may produce scratches on both
surfaces.
