3. TROUBLESHOOTING

3.1 Frequently Asked Questions

If you are experiencing problems with your RoboShooter, here are some quick and easy
checks that you can carry out, which may help to resolve the problem.
No Response from the RoboShooter:
Please ensure that the RoboShooter is in range of the controller and that there are no
obstructions between the remote and the RoboShooter which could block the signal.
Make sure that the batteries in the remote are fitted correctly and that they have not
reached the end of their life. If required replace the batteries in the remote.
Make sure that the batteries in the RoboShooter are fitted correctly. If required replace
the batteries in the RoboShooter.
Please ensure that the power switch on the RoboShooter and Remote is switched to
'ON'.
The RoboShooter Starts to Run Slow or has trouble moving:
The batteries in the RoboShooter are running low, please insert new batteries.
The RoboShooter will not fire disks:
Please ensure you have followed the disk firing instruction on page 6.
When firing the disks make sure you are not holding down the fire button continuously,
it needs to be pressed, released and repressed to fire the disks.
I do not understand what the RoboShooter is saying:
Please ensure sure the language of the RoboShooter is set to the correct country by
following the language selection instructions on page 7.
