STEP 10
Slide the upper tray assembly up
to the desired height, insert the
1/4 x 20" square nut to left side of
hub, insert the 1/4 x 20" pan head
screw through the right side of hub
and tighten (See Figure J).
Note: Tighten second screw
(installed from step 4) securely
to post.

STEP 11
Slide the arrester tray assembly up
to the desired height and tighten
the screw securely to the post.
(See Figure K).

STEP 12
Slide the bottom tray assembly
and chrome hub up, insert the pin
into the post and press the bottom
tray down positioning the bottom
hub onto the pin. Press tray down
firmly until the pin snaps into the
bottom tray hub
(See Figure L-1 and L-2).
STEP 13
Screw the chrome hub to the
bottom tray using (3) 8 x 5/8" flat
head wood screws (See Figure M).

STEP 14
Insert the hooks into the slots of
the upper tray (See Figure N).
