stones after cleaning. When lava stones become too dirty, purchase a new set.
• If the equipment will not be used for an extended time (weekends, holidays, etc.), the power
supply must be disconnected and the equipment thoroughly cleaned.
7. Maintenance and repair
Attention! Maintenance and repair work must be carried out with the power supply completely
turned off, by turning the main switch to the "off" position and by disconnecting the plug from
the socket by the qualified technical personnel.
Maintenance of the machine should be carried out in accordance with the regulations of the
country where the machine is used. The work items listed in this manual are for reference only.
During maintenance, makes sure to:
• Do briefing and checking the knowledge of the rules of operation of the personnel operating
the machine.
• Interview the personnel operating the machine to identify the abnormal operation of the
machine.
• Visually inspect the machine condition.
• Check for bared wires.
- Check the integrity of the earthing line and the earthing circuit of the machine (from the
earthing terminal to accessible metal parts - resistance should not exceed 0.1 Ohm).
• Pull the current-carrying contact groups, sensors, relays/contactors, thermal/current
protection and other emergency shutdown elements, heating elements, signal accessories,
linings, fasteners, moving assemblies of the machine (if any).
The machine should be repaired by skilled technical personnel.
No design modifications should be made to the machine.
In the event of abnormal operation of the machine, power off the machine by turning the main
switch to the OFF position or by unplugging the plug from the socket, shut off the water supply
(if any), and contact the service department.
It is strictly forbidden to operate a machine that is known to be faulty.
The Seller and the Manufacturer may not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages that
may result from an accident or from operating a defective machine.
